We believe private healthcare doesn't have to be expensive or exclusive. It's a benefit the whole business can enjoy, not just the bosses. All for the same low monthly cost of £15.50 per employee, per month. Because at Benenden Health, we do healthcare differently.

Set up and amend your Direct Debit details
Benenden Healthcare for Business is paid by monthly by Direct Debit.
You set up and amend your Direct Debit details any time on our Corporate Portal.
Please note that we do not offer any partial payment via salary sacrifice, sometimes known as salary exchange when joining online. We can support this but please call us on 0808 271 2313.
Yes, everyone is accepted to join Benenden Health as long as they are a UK resident.
If you’re joining online, then your scheme will be for employees only. However, we can extend this, to family members for example, but please contact us on 0808 271 2313.
Our healthcare membership always starts on the 1st of each month. This means when you join, you'll need to upload your employees and set up a Direct Debit by the 20th of the month before you want to start.
When joining online, we will always start your scheme on the 1st of the next upcoming month.
For example: if you'd like your employee membership to start in May then you’ll need to upload your employee details and set up direct debit by 20th of April.
If you have a preferred start which is in a few months' time, then call us on 0808 271 2313 and we can set this up for you.
We offer 12 months initially and then rolling agreement and a 3-month cancellation (wording to be finalised)

Tell us more about yourself
When you're ready to join Benenden Healthcare for Business you'll complete a short form to provide us with your details and more information about your business.
Read the important stuff
We’ll send you our key documents which explains all about our Healthcare to review and download. This includes our full brochure and IPID.
Review and sign
Alongside these documents, we'll send you are our Business Terms and Conditions to review. You'll also receive an application form which we've have completed for you in for you to help save you time. Please check you're happy and sign digitally via DocuSign.
Getting your membership ready
Once you've completed your application well get you set up on our Corporate Portal and issue a certificate confirming your acceptance as Group Scheme for Benenden Health.
Enrol your employees
Once you're set up on the Corporate Portal, the next step is sharing key information with your employees and getting their agreement to join Benenden Health as a member. We'll share instructions how to do this with copy of our Guide to Benenden Health and an opt-in template for you to use.
Going live
Only thing left is to add the employees to the corporate portal. Once uploaded they membership will start from your agreed start day.
You'll find a range of marketing material on the Corporate Portal to help share information about Benenden Health across your business.
